PSP is in a different league compared to DS. You still have to remember that PSP was started off as a multimedia device. PSP2 may focus on the gaming a lot more. But most likely will still have the multimedia side of it.

3DS is a fun type of gamer with a gimmick. PSP(2) is hardcore portable gaming with multimedia.*

*This is based on rumours.

Well the way they are describing it on the live blog it sounds like just the mobile phone using android (which was leaked already) with a PSP in it.

It might just be 3G, without phone capabilities. As it is a "multi media device"

PlayStation Suite, Cross platform media. Yayers. Looks like PS3 games on PSP. And PS2 on PSP.
