Normally I don't care at all about who comes to the channel or not, because you can do whatever the hell you want, but this is a poll and people who would never be interested in handhelds are just going to skew results. =_=

Despite my constant disagreement with Makra, I believe it's a valid option. At least, it's no less valid than "Looks rubbish, I'm not getting it at all", as the question states whether or not you will be pre-ordering it. That's not scrictly revevant to the question, but hell, if it's there, you may as well have the other.

Hey, express opinions all you want; however, someone doesn't go to an American presidential ballot and vote, "I don't want either candidate, because I'm not American." That's exactly what you're proposing.

Your second point is what I'm replying to, since your first point doesn't make any sense. You're the one who made up an "excuse", not me; don't go around trying to invalidate your own comments! Go look up meaning of excuse ( helpful link here ); that's essentially what you were doing. :P

Fail analogy. I'm a member of this site. The poll was on this site. Therefore, I have every right to comment on the poll. Especially when one of the existing poll options is specifically catered to people who aren't interested in the Vita.

Please, let me repeat myself: I had every right to express my opinion on this poll. Therefore, there is no fault or wrongdoing. Therefore, no excuse is needed for my actions.

THEREFORE, what I said was NOT a 'made up excuse'. It was a logical, reasonable explanation for my (valid) actions.

I think they've stopped the free starter kit with pre-orders now-everywhere (apart from EB) have removed it.
But I've pre-ordered mine from GAME already. Now I'm just hoping Big W or Dick Smith will release a better bundle so I can get my staff discount :P I don't care much for Ridge Racer...

You're missing the entire point here. I didn't instigate the 'argument'. I am not trying to argue or make any 'counterarguments' (by the way I didn't call anything by that word, no idea where you got that from). Nor do I need 'good points'. I'm just defending my perfectly reasonable actions which you decided was 'wrong'. Other people agree it was reasonable for me to express that opinion, so the onus is on you to prove us wrong. I'm open to your arguments... Prove to me with a logical, sensible argument that my actions were wrong; I'm all ears!! So far you haven't done that, which is why I'm still defending myself. Or you could just give up like you have.

Okay, my second point in that previous post has nothing to do with this, but honestly I'm tired of you coming into discussions with your cocky attitude acting as if you know more than everybody else.

If he was bombing threads on this board with those opinions then it's an entirely different scenario because it probably would not be all that constructive towards the conversations regarding the topic of the thread.

I was going to pre-order but on a second though I'm going to wait for a price cut. Theres really no good reason for me to get one. When I buy console or handheld I mainly buy it for the exclusive titles and the Vita has no decent exclusives at the moment.

I want the 3G PlayStation Vita on Launch Day, but I have my car rego coming up and being that I'm currently in Victoria, that means I'm gonna be up for a LOT of money... Hopefully I'll get a PlayStation Vita in a couple of months, maybe around tax-time.

In terms of games though, there's nothing on the Launch List that really jumps out at me and say "You have to get this... Sure there's some good games, but nothing that really jumps out.

Now if there was a Final Fantasy VII Compilation, Dead or Alive (fighting or volleyball) or Red Dead game on Launch Day, well that would be a different story...
